We offer 6-12 month leases.

Do you offer individual leases & co-living?

We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.

Are you near any transportation routes? Which ones?

We are conveniently located right off of Texas State Highway 20.

Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?

Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.

What are the hours for the fitness center?

Our fitness center is open 24-hours.

Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?

Refundable, 1 bedrooms = $150, 2 bedrooms = $250, 3 bedrooms = $350.

Is renter's insurance required?

You are required to carry a minimum of $100,000 Personal Liability Insurance Coverage. Rise Suncrest provides the policy, which is charged as an additional monthly fee.

What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?

10am-10pm seasonally

What are the hours for the business center?

8:30am-5:30pm

Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?

Yes, apartments are cable ready.

Are BBQ grills available?

No we do not offer grilling stations.

How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?

We offer a package service at our community.

Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?

Yes, we have Valet Trash services.

Do you allow pets; if so, do you have pet amenities?

Yes, Rise Skyline is a pet-friendly community! We have a community dog park and walking paths.

What is the parking situation?

One assigned car port spot per apartment; uncovered spots available to everyone.

Do apartments have dishwashers?

Yes.

How far is it to the nearest airport or train station?

We are located 14 miles from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. 6.8 miles from train station.

Do the apartments have air conditioning?

Yes, all apartments have air conditioning.

What type of flooring do the apartments have?

Our renovated apartment units offer wood plank vinyl flooring.

Is there a bathtub or just a shower?

Apartments feature a space-saving tub/shower combo.
